    Hi ADWheeler,

Support is monitored and answered during North American business hours. Not quite sure which functions you’re referring to, but signup using either username or email as username works, as does the Facebook and Twitter login functionality. For issues concerning the premium version, email is indeed the best way to contact us.

    Hello,
i am also facing same problem like @adwheeler ,and i am not satisfied by support u providing.i emailed you and posted in this forum also, but reply from your end is not positive .’
As i am also a Premium user, how can i get refund because this is not works for me.
i need to have the Wp-username for contributor account (after Registering a user with F-E Users with Wp user creation option checked) be a field name of username instead of EWD_FEUP_10.
i am using it for my forum site so the word press user name should be same as username given at the time of registration.because user will post there so there username or name should be display on there post.

And i am getting a extra Blank user field with registered data field after every registration with Wp-user creation option checked.

    Hi Anish,

As a premium user, and for questions concerning the premium version of this plugin, please send us an email at [email protected]. The WordPress moderators discourage the use of these forums for topics related to the premium version.

We offer support during North American business hours. And, as stated on our contact page (https://www.etoilewebdesign.com/contact-us/), emails are answered within 24 hours during business days.

We’ll be releasing an update in a few hours that makes it so that the email address entered when creating a new user in our plugin will now be used as the username of the WordPress user account that is created (“Username is Email” setting needs to be enabled).
