How do I get a swf Flash Movie into a Post/Page ?

    Hey there,

    Just wondering how I can get an SWF movie into a Post or Page? do I need a Plug in? or is it something WordPress 2.7 can do built in?

    I dont want the movie to appear as a FLV – with a Click to play either – this is the movie I want to play https://is.gd/sqts as soon as the page loads….

    any help greatly appreciated….
