How do I get back to my dashboard when this message appears?

You’ll need to access your files to rename theme folder to deactivate it. You need to go inside wp-content, then inside themes folder. There you will see folder called “exclusive”. Rename it to anything you want. This will deactivate broken theme, giving you access to dashboard.

Make sure to go to Themes and activate good theme.

I tried to point my wordpress site to my main website address and now I cnnot access my dashboard at all. And worse than that my web site is down! Is there any way back here? I have tried using another SqL database with my host but I keep getting the message ‘Error establishing a database connection’ and cannot change it even with a new index.htm page.

You have a mess there I see, try going back to your original database and following these instructions on setting site URLs.
