How do I get help- support doesnt work

I received an update notice, to download update it say go to my profile. My profile says I didn’t purchase product, which I did and this is the second time this has happened.
When I try to send you a support ticket it sends me here- https://metagauss.freshdesk.com/support/login. I sent a ticket yesterday and today it shows no ticket exists.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
