How do I get it to show up?

OK…so I’ve been a blogger for all of about 12 minutes now, and a web designed for all of 15 minutes. I need to figure out how to get my wordpress blog to display on my home page. The page has other content (menu bar, header, etc.) and I want the blog to play nice with the rest of my content.

I have vodahost as my webhost, and they use fantastico to set up wordpress. I don’t know if that helps at all. Please try to use as little tech speak as possible b/c I won’t get it.
