How do I get rid of the Weight Loss Tracker-Info-Bar

About two weeks ago, a bar showed up at the top of every page of my backend. All it says is “Weight Loss Tracker – ” and nothing else. I can click on a little asterisk to close it, but as soon as I reload the page or open another one, it reappears.
The last update didn’t change this behaviour.
What can I do to get rid of it?
