How do I get support – can't access site

I am unable to access my WP site on any level. The error reads too many redirects. some is it up sites say it is ok and others say it is down. The site was working fine until I installed Paid Membership Pro, using the video instruction. Now nothing on the site will load and so I have no way of uninstalling the plugin or even logging in.

I have tried asking this question on the installation forum and gotten no response. If the site is not working at all it seems as though one should be able to contact WP for help.
