How do I get the Captain form to open with one click?

    I have the Captain Form plugin installed on WP. I have created a form and added to my menu as Contact & Lead form. When I click that tab, the text “Contact & Lead form shows in the body of the page and when you click on that text, the form opens.
    How do you get the Captain form to open by just clicking on the menu tab? Here’s the website https://www.straygrasscolorado.com

    From your message, it seems that you have opted for the popup option. If you want the form to be embedded on the page, you can use the regular shortcode which you can find in the Publish section of your form: https://prntscr.com/eh8ub2.
