How do I get to see my h1 header?

Can you help me see my h1 tag text?
You can’t see the header tag at
https://www.phoenixmobility.co.uk/stairlifts.php
but its’ there on view source.

I adjusted the css below but still cant see it.
How can I make it visible ?
