How do I give the same look to the blog as my main website ?

I have just started a new blog but I want my blog to look same as my main website.
My main website link is https://www.nepal-kathmandu.comand my blog link is https://www.nepal-kathmandu.com/blog
How can I make the same look of both ? Is it possible ?
I am using Titan themes for now. Can you suggest which theme would have a close look to my website’s look ?Please reply soon.
