Hi, I have set up workflow and embedded in to page, it has two steps and the final step is a file upload, after which I need the customer to be able to click on SUBMIT and it submit both the first step (registration form) and the 2nd step (photo) for the owner to receive and look at.

How do we do this or is it only possibly on paid version? I am trying to get it set up properly with the free version and get acceptance from the client before I advise them to purchase the pro version.

    Kind regards

The upload function is the same in the pro and the free versions.
Both should submit the images automatically when the start upload is pressed. So there is no need for a further
    page with a submit button.

The PRO version allows you to trigger templated emails once a stage is completed, this may be useful to tell users that there files have been submitted and to alert an administrator.

So I don’t think I quite understand what your issue is, can you elaborate on the problem please.

Hi, I need it to submit the registration form (its a ninja form) from step 0 of the process though as well, does it submit both steps once click on “start upload”?

If so, its not obvious, so I will need to write that in the text that all will be submitted once start upload.

Uploads are done dynamically via javascript so there is no form submit as such .. uploads just happen while you are on the page.

I don’t know how ninja forms work, but if it works via a shortcode to embedd the form in a page then maybe all you need to do is embedd the form and a [wtf_fu_upload] shortcode in the same page and let the form handle the submission and the upload shortcode handle the images without any need for an embedded workflow at all.

You will have to experiment to find a mix that works for what you want it to do.
