How do I include a Flash Slide Show to a wordpress site?

I’m rather new to this WordPress but I love it..However, we want to add images regularly in slide show format ( we have the slide show software and it makes a perfect Flash slide show –

However, I am having trouble placing the file on the site…Is there anyone who can guide me the easy way to do this?
