How do I include custom JS in FlexSlider?

Hi,

The ‘Print Javascript’ option simply stops Meta Slider from outputting the main flexslider.js file (you might want to uncheck it if… for example, your theme includes flexslider already and you want to avoid conflicts).

Are you looking for:
– a carousel style slider or
– a carousel style slider with the Min & Max ranges?

Just to add, this: https://flexslider.woothemes.com/basic-carousel.html is a possibility, this: https://flexslider.woothemes.com/dynamic-carousel-min-max.html is probably a lot more work!

Quickly tested it/hacked it in, got it working (basic carousel).

I need to tidy it up (add a ‘show as carousel’ checkbox) and I’ll send over Meta Slider 2.0 to you tomorrow to test.

Just a basic carousel is fine! The one with the min/max ranges isn’t necessary. Thank you I’ll be waiting for it!

Hey, dev, just for reference bxslider has this same function. I don’t know if it would be easier for you to implement it using bxslider or flexslider. After taking a quick look it seems to me that bxslider is simpler to use.

arj901: I did consider adding bxSlider, but it’s so similar to Flex Slider I didn’t think it would add much value, I’ve implemented support in Flex Slider now.

Hi, 2.0beta has been released and includes a ‘carousel mode’ checkbox for flex slider.

If you do want to adjust the JavaScript outputted by Meta Slider (shouldn’t need to any more) you can do so with wordpress filters:
