How do I install my custom theme?

    I copied the folder to wp-content/themes with the rest of my themes, then went into the admin panel but my theme didn’t show up to select.

    It should be noted that this is an specialty theme for just my personal local use, and only contains page.php, functions.php, 404.php, style.css and screenshot.png. I’m not sure if this is causing the issue.
