    Hi

I’m trying to set my store up, but my question is, how do I know everythings working as it should? When I try to use paypal sandbox mode it wants to mess with my api credentials, so I dont want to mess that up.

    Thanks

    Sally

    Hi there,

If changing to a PayPal sandbox isn’t a switch you’d like to make, the easiest would be to create a really cheap product (e.g. $1) and then place a test transaction using an actual PayPal account. Alternatively, if you’re only looking to test the checkout flow and not PayPal specifically, you could use another payment method like “Direct Transfer” to simulate the process without costing you any actual money.

Thank you, everything seems fine, apart from on the paypal checkout page, its saying send money to (My personal name) – how do I change this to the business name please?

I have my business name as my brand name in PayPal-hosted Checkout Settings
on the woocommerce side, but its still showing as my personal name.

    TIA

Hi @lovefamilyholidays. Sorry that we missed your last response.

Could you clarify what you mean by this please? A screenshot or two would be very helpful to illustrate the issue. You can use a site like https://snipboard.io to upload the screenshot(s) and then share the link(s).
