How do I limit uploading images to one only?

  • Good morning. I am using WP as a CMS (honormen.org) and want to limit “Contributors” (I am using Role Manager) to uploading one image only per post. And even then, restrict that one image to a certain width/height. I am not a PHP dev so I do not know where to start. I have scoured the plugins area to no avail. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
