How do i link the top menu to another site.

Hi. My site is CyberImpressions.Net. We have a forum and a gallery along with the main page. How do i link the top menu to say that gallery, or the forum with out making a new page and putting the link there? It makes me look sloppy if i do that also. But i don’t want to put it in the blogroll for A. It does not pop out as much, and B. Thats where my “friends” links go.
