How do I list additional categories

Thanks for this plugin! I need just a little bit of help…

I have a page on which I want to list all posts from category A. That’s easy, mission accomplished. However, most of those posts have additional categories assigned to them. I’d like to display those additional categories’ names (with links to associated category pages) underneath each post title. Basically, each entry would look like this:

thumbnail – date – post title
post category A, post category B, post category C

I’m all set with line 1, but how can I achieve line 2?
