How Do I List Sub Categories On My Blog Page?

    On my site Essex Pest Control and Bird Control I have a page, EPB Blog, which has all my blog posts. I didn’t create the site and am learning my way through wordpress now, but what I want is for people to be able to go to that page, then there be an option to either go to my EPB Blog or my other category Videos, and possibly more categories in future.

    Currently is looks untidy as all the posts are just there one after the other.

    Any help would be great.

    I am using Complete WP v 1.0.0 if that matters.
