How do I make Google read my seo title

Hi guys,

Not sure how to fix this but my site Flashpoint Training won’t seem to show the SEO title in Google. In the homepage I’ve made changes to the content, the meta desc etc and Google always picks that up and it always shows up in the SERP’s.

But any change I make to the title NEVER happens. Any changes I make to the SEO title/Page title will appear in the Yoast rich snippet preview down below, but Google will just read my business name, NOT any text that follows it.

Anyone got any ideas how I can fix this? I think this might be one reasons why I’m not ranking high at all.
