How do I make it to warn for users of Opera Mini browser

    I want ted to know how to include warning for opera mini browser as most of my community people visit my website using opera mini which has no support for jQuery forms that i use in my website. I want them to upgrade to chrome or fireFox for mobile instead or upgrade their opera mini to the current version which can switch from extreme mode(non javaScript) supportive to High mode which loads javaScript files.
