How do I make my plugin translation ready?

I already went all across code of my plugin looking if I did something wrong but I cannot see any odd thing.

WordPress site does not says what is reason it cannot activate translating for the plugin. It just says it cannot.

I guess it is something I did not do properly but I cannot find what. Everything in code seems OK to me.

I did translation on my own and I have .mo files for two languages together with plugin. Those translations work fine.

I’ve spend a long time trying to resolve this, and finally I got it you need to create a .POT file inside your langs path so your plugin or theme can be ready to translated from wp.org

I do have .pot file in language directory. It seems in my case it is something else that causes problem.
