How do I make pages that are not assigned to a menu

  • How do I make a page not assigned to the menu? I am using the Code Blue Revolution 2.0 Theme if it matters.

    Ok I figured out that I need to do something with the exclude parameter. But how is this done? where does the code go? Is it found in the header template? I am using the name and date permalink? do I temporarily put it on the default one so I know the number to put in the exclude parameter?
