How do I make the captions permanent over the image?

Here is a webpage where i’m using this gallery plugin:
https://goo.gl/FIW2paThe top row is with this plugin. The problem here is that the caption only appears when someone puts their pointer over the image.
I want the caption to remain there permanently, just like the bottom row (another plugin for comparison).
I hope someone can help.
