    How do I manually generate tickets for my customers? I use the PRO version of the plugin but when it was still on FREE it reached the ticket limit and some customers ran out.

    Hello

    you can create manual a ticket by creatng within the backend a new order. Assign a ticket product to the order and set the right processing status, to generate the ticket.

    For now the ticket need to have an order assigned to it.
