    Hi guys.

Once I change product back in stock, plugin automatically sends every signed up user for this product an email saying its back in stock. Can I disable that and manually click on each registration to notify customer? Sometimes there is not enough products for every registered customer.

    Hello there,

Good Day! We’re here to assist you.

To disable the automatic in-stock email notification when a product is back in stock, we recommend turning off the “Enable Instock Mail” option (Admin Dashboard > Instock Notifier > Settings > Mail Settings > Enable Instock Mail). Disable this option before restocking the product to prevent automatic in-stock email notifications.

Instead, you can manually send emails to specific subscribers by navigating to Admin Dashboard > Instock Notifier > All Subscribers > Select the subscriber entry you want to notify > Click on “Send Instock Mail.”

We also recommend using the ‘Minimum stock quantity threshold value‘ option to trigger in-stock emails only after specific product counts (Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> Settings -> Mail Settings -> Minimum stock quantity threshold value). This option allows you to control the in-stock email trigger when managing product stock by quantity. For instance, if you set it to 5, you need to update the product stock to 5 or more in the product stock quantity to trigger an in-stock email.

    Thanks.
