how do i move 'Have a coupon?' below the address?

    here are some things i want to chang i’m just very frustrated and don’t know where to edit… can you help me?

    1.Remove Information Bars(have a coupon?) at the Top and Insert Information Below the Shipping Info.

    2. Add Returning Customer Near Create and Account Option

    3.Add “Promo Code” Option Below Shipping OR Under Your Order Total

    4. Change “Town/City to “City”, Change “Phone” to “Telephone”

    5. move “Country” Under “State” & “Zip”

    please help! thx in advance!
