How do I move my navigation links?

Hello everyone,

I’m trying to move the location of my navigation links.

I put them in at the top of my page and at the bottom, but I would like to move them into the green gradient bar like they are set up on my Zencart site.

Any ideas on how to move them? I would also like change the font so that they match the font on Zencart.
