How do I move wordpress site to another directory on server?

After typing the above, I just moved the wordpress files back into the /wordpress folder and accessed the Control Panel. I did find in the General Settings where I had told it the site was in the /wordpress folder. I changed that and will move the files from within the /wordpress folder back into the root directory and see if that works.

Ok, making progress. The wordpress site is working, links are good but my images that I have previously uploaded through wordpress are still wanting to look inside the wordpress folder. Will I have to reupload those files or manually edit the URL for each file or is there an easier way?

Looks like I can no longer access my dashboard. It’s saying the wp-admin login page cannot be found.

I am now able to access my Dashboard so I have that fixed.

Looks like most of the images load except the images I added in my Blog.

I tried changing in the Media Settings a direct path to the images (ie. https://www.studentsofshiloh.com/wp-content/uploads/ but that did not fix it.

Take a look at the blog page and you will see the snowshoe image in the top post of the blog is not loading. It is looking for the image at https://studentsofshiloh.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/snowshoe-300×200.jpg instead of https://studentsofshiloh.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/snowshoe-300×200.jpg

How do I fix this without having to manually edit each image within each blog post?

So far, the only way I can figure out is to edit each post that has images that are not loading and re-add the images into the post. Is there an easier way?
