How do I omit 'categories' from top of list

Fist off Im a wordpress beginner so forgive me if this is overly simple. But I have titled the widget ‘DOC TYPES’ and this displays fine however Im also getting above the list of custom taxonomies a second default title ‘Categories’. Can I remove this from widget settings or in ‘list-custom-taxonomy-widget.php’. Thanks
