how do I open source my WPwebsite for others w/similar health concerns to copy

I started this Chicago site [ redundant link removed ] to help other transplant and would be transplant patients. I would like to make this clone-able or open-source and available for free forever to anyone to use to start an area specific localized support and info site. San Francisco has already had me create a SF-ized clone for their area. I know I’ll have to strip the personal data before releasing it into the wild. I’d like to include plugins and the rest as a template because I know most people (me) become baffled when trying to work out how to get a site tweaked and running. The pages, text, links, images, and all would ideally be included as placeholders. I suppose I’ll have to add a doc – instructions for the unenlightened – my likely target audience.

Any suggestions, help at all?
