How do I overlap images in css – footer and container issue

  • Need your help.

    I would like to overlap my footer image (located within the container) over a background image which fills the entire width of a monitor.

    This is the location of the blog: https://www.samsung1080plcdhdtv.com/

    Ideally, the background image (which is 56px high) should be about 30px above the footer – as opposed to be in perfect alignment.

    Any takes, please?
