How do I place my blog as a menu item?

    You can create a Page called “Blog” and then assign this Pages as your “Posts page” in settings ( Settings > Reading ). When this Page is visited, it will display your recent Posts, rather than the Page content (if any). You can then add this Page to the main menu, usually under Appearance > Menus.
