how do i post a category’s posts on to a new page??

im new to the word of wordprees and have decided to switch from using dreamweaver to create the site i want because wordprees is just so much more user friendly.anyways onto my question
i have this page with a little text on and a picture on

to appear under the first link i proviedim sure its something thats easly done and after alot of stressing and looking i just cant find the answer so i have decided to ask you good people. i hope you can help and thanks in advance.
