    How do I provide shipping tracking information to my customers?

    I manage everything on Printful, I added the plugin called”Advanced Shipment Tracking” that Printful suggested to me, but my Cx still does not get access to the tracking page, when they click it just refreshes the order page.

    Printful says it is on your end cause they automatically send the info to woocommerce.

    This forum is related to WooCommerce core features, we can’t debug something added by a plugin.

    I recommend you contact the author of Advanced Shipment Tracking and see what they have to say about this. Perhaps we can help based on their reply.
