How do I re-enable my admin bar on home page.

I tried to hide my admin bar from my main page but it still shows up saying “login/Register is disabled” even though the option to log-in is no longer available.
I would like to re-enable it if possible but I don’t know the code that’s needed to do so. I believe the code I used to remove it was
#wpadminbar{ display:none!important;}. Anyway, I think I’ll use a plug-in next time so it’s no so permanent.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@bluemoon123 We have a setting in WordPress to show and hide admin bar from frontend. Did you try that?
