How Do I Redirect a Page (in my Navigation)

I’d like to add a Page to my site’s navigation that links to another Web site. I know WordPress automatically adds my Page’s to my site’s navigation, so is there a way to insert a redirect rather than an actual WordPress Page. Just to be clear, I’m refer to WordPress Pages (those static pages that are static, not WordPress posts).

Basically, I’m running a corporate blog and I’d like the redirect link to link back to my corporate Web site. I’ve already added a link under a Links catagory, but I also need to include it as part of my navigation.
