How do I redirect failed order to custom page?

The woocommerce_tahnkyou hook is still present in the code: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/blob/b19500728b4b292562afb65eb3a0c0f50d5859de/templates/checkout/thankyou.php#L80

If it’s not triggering, maybe you’re using a custom template that gets rid of it? I’d suggest you do a conflict test as outlined here https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.

Thank you for responding. Just so I understand correctly and for confirmation. You are saying the woocommerce_thankyou hook still runs after a Stripe error like this – screenshot https://imgur.com/3lJoNIk

I am using WooCommerce One-Page checkout. Not sure if that could have anything to do with it. The thank-you page template seems to work fine. If I manually edit the text and make a successful order it shows fine. Just nothing on the declined orders, only show red error message like the screenshot which is what led me to believe the hook must not run on failed orders.
