How do I Remove 'Dynamic-Headers' Plugin ?

  • Hi ! I can’t make the plug-in, ‘Dynamic-Headers’ work the way it is described. Now I want to remove it, but the author provide no deactivation mechanism or instructions for removal.

    any Ideas ?
