How do I remove extra text added in emails?

I think the best solution is to ignore the email, name and icons to quote user text. it’s annoying, but you don’t seem to have a safe and easy method to do. But I add things that I might be wrong or that can create compatibility problems. Now I have more serious problems to solve, I’ll be back in a few months.
