How do I remove the categories from my post?

    At the top of the page under the date are a whole lot of categories and I’d like to remove them all.

    I have been to, ‘manage categories’ and they are all unchecked.

    ‘manage link categories’ – and everthing is unchecked.

    ‘manage links’ – everything is unchecked.

    Any ideas?

  • Might check your theme’s index.php and see if you can delete the use of the_category() template tag there.

    Also note you would need to ‘take off’ each category when you Edit your posts to remove the categories from the posts.
