• I recently installed WordPress on my site with the EvoLve theme; I’m now wondering how to get rid of that pesky snippet in the footer: ‘Evolve theme by Blogatize – Powered by WordPress’.

Can anyone tell me how to remove this line?

I’ve already tried the /library/functions/functions.php line 217 deal, and I couldn’t figure out what to take out of the code.

Would anyone be so kind as to tell me what exactly I need to remove from that page? Or from any other page for that matter?

  • It could be in footer.php or you can add a display:none; in css if you post your url will be able to say exactly where to change the code.

Any ideas how to remove the comments box on EvoLve theme by Blogatize?

Ideally i’d like to remove completely, or at least from static pages if i cannot remove it from the posts pages.

    Any ideas?

log in admin panel and click on pages and edit the page you do not want comments on and scroll down and un tick allow comments in Discussions if you do not see it click on screen options on right hand corner and tick discussions.
