How do I remove the Search and Choose a Topic from template?

  • I would like to use this design as a website template, not as just a blog. How do I remove the Search and Choose a Topic from the top of every page? I would also like to make the “Comment” notation at the bottom of every page go away, since we won’t be allowing comments on the pages.
