    Chris,
    How exactly do I do that?
    Thank you

    Chris,
    I have it under plug-ins, not widgets (I do not know if it makes a difference) and there is no option to blank the title field… actually it seams that there is no title field at all… I have a free version, may be I need to upgrade for $12 to take out that title?!

    No need to upgrade. That is definitely a widget. In admin, have you looked in each sidebar for it?

    here is what I have in General Settings:

    Compatibility Mode
    This option enables some compatibility features in order to work seamlessly with other plugins. If you are experiencing conflict problems, you might want to disable this option switching it to no.

    Log Errors On Screen
    This option enables the SRP error logging system. Switch this to yes if you want to log potential errors or warnings on screen.

    No-Posts Image Placeholder
    This is the default image that appears when no other images are available inside a post. You can use the one you prefer by simply typing in the full URL of the image. If you leave this field empty, the default no-image placeholder will be loaded instead.

    Default size: 200px x 200px.
    JPEG Image Quality Ratio
    This options sets the JPEG quaility ratio when the ‘Custom Thumbnails Option’ is enabled. Numerical values are accepted only. 100 is the maximum quality, but 80 is an acceptable compromise between file size and image quality. Range: 0 to 100.

    Disable Plugin CSS
    This option enables/disables the built-in widget stylesheet. Set this option to ‘yes’ if you wish to use your own CSS.

    and what about Appearance > Widgets as in my screenshot above?

    Chris,
    I emailed you the password

    The plugin comes with clear instructions. Just read them and you’ll find everything you need to set it up.

    The problem is that whoever set up the site removed Widgets from the Appearance menu.

    i have used the short code [srp] on the front page,
    in this case, how to remove or rename Special Recent Posts,
    bcz, iam not using widget in side bar

    I added this to my custom css and it worked.

    .srp-widget-title {
    font-size: 0;
    }
