How do I remove these default CSS classes?

  • Hello,
    I need to remove these two default css classes using some codes that I can add to functions.php

    The class ‘photo’ from commentator’s gravatar image.
    The class ‘url’ from commentator’s url.

    Also, it would be great if you tell me how do I change the ‘rel=”external nofollow”‘ to only ‘rel=”nofollow”‘.
