• On my static pages, I use Elementor, so that’s not a problem. I just turn off the header altogether, stick the image on top, and I’m done.

On my blog pages, however, I have to use the WP editor and Zakra’s options, and even though there’s a ton of those, I don’t seem to be finding just the right combination. There’s the header top bar which was promising at first, but later on became very stubborn. Then there’s the menus. The theme insists on showing the menu twice: in the header top bar, and then once again underneath the header.

ALL I WANT is to display an image (which has my header text embedded in it) instead of the header, and my primary menu underneath it.

    How do I achieve this?

  • Hello @rickyvernio,

I didn’t get you clearly. If you want an image on a header as background, you can add a background image on the header top bar. If you want an image on Menu Area, you can add it to Header Main Area. You can find this option on Customizer via Appearance > Customize> Theme Options.

You can refer to this doc for details: https://docs.zakratheme.com/

If it doesn’t help you, please explain it in detail so that we could help you.

    Thanks.

    Thank you for your reply.

    Here’s what I want:

I want an image of my own (png or jpg) to be the header, with the title and subtitle already embedded in it, to display.

I want the menu to be displayed underneath it.

I want NOTHING ELSE displayed in that area. Nothing at all.

As I said earlier, no combination of the top header options, background images, etc, gave me this result.

    Hello @rickyvernio,

Can you please provide us your site URL so that I could better understand your query and help you?

    Thanks.
