How do I reset the plugin?

Have you tried to delete all of the tables made by this plugin (via phpMyAdmin):
…_itsec_lockouts
…_itsec_log
…_itsec_temp

Then to clean up your “.htaccess” file of iThemes Security content (enabling first write access) via FTP:
(all code between “# BEGIN iThemes Security” and “# END iThemes Security“)
Same thing with “wp-config.php” file (enabling first write access) via FTP and deleting all entries “…created by iThemes Security…“…
