    Alright, my blog is http:/www.EccentricityInArt.com

If you look at the page and go to the bottom post, the number is “001”, then the next post is “013” and the next is “014”, it cuts off 2-12, is there any way I can fix this in SQL? I’ve no idea how to do it.

  • No.

The ID is also the Primary or Foreign Key of several other related tables. Unless you understand all the table relationships and how to cascade your update, I’d suggest not getting too hung up on that ID number. ??

Or turn on pretty permalinks and never see it again.

I concur with HandySolo, and my only comment is for you to not give the post ID any thought, just know that as long as two posts have different ID’s, you’re all set. You should give it no more importance than that.

    Alright, thank you.

I’ll just cope with the fact even though it really bugs me.
