How do i resolve this error!

    I am facig following error:
    “Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL which is required for WordPress.” , Can any one tell me how i can i resolve this problem. I also uncomment php_mysql.dll extention in php.ini file but still face the same error.
    I have php 5, mysql 4.01, Win XP
