    Hi @bigmoxy

You can use the WP Rollback plugin to downgrade to the earlier version. However, if you can’t access the plugins menu, then you can manually upload the older version.

To do so download WooCommerce Square’s older version from here and then access your site’s file system using FTP or your web host’s file manager. Navigate to the wp-content/plugins, delete the existing plugin folder and upload the downloaded one.

I have the same issue as previously reported but do not know how to delete the element they referred to.

Could you kindly share some details about it? If possible, could you also include the answer you received earlier?

I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

    Hello @bigmoxy,

Glad to know that you were able to roll back to the previous version of the plugin using the WP Rollback plugin. Could you please share (only if you are willing to) the reason for rolling back to the 4.6.3 version of this plugin or share the thread link or ticket number so that we can understand what this is about?

Should you have further inquiries, kindly?create a new topic here.

    Thanks!
